Guest Waiver & Liability Release
This Guest Waiver and Liability Release must be completed by all non-members before participating in any activities at Seattle Pickleball Club.
Acknowledgment of Risk
Participation in pickleball and athletic activities involves inherent risks including but not limited to:
- Slips, trips, or falls
- Collisions with players
- Being struck by a pickleball or paddle
- Muscle strains or joint injuries
- Serious injury or death
By entering the facility and participating in activities, the Guest acknowledges and voluntarily accepts these risks.
Assumption of Risk
The Guest voluntarily assumes full responsibility for any risks of injury, illness, or damage arising from participation in activities at Seattle Pickleball Club.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the State of Washington, the Guest releases and holds harmless Seattle Pickleball Club and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and property owners from any claims or liability for:
- Personal injury
- Property damage
- Loss or theft
arising from participation in activities or use of the facility.
This release includes claims arising from the ordinary negligence of Seattle Pickleball Club.
Guest Responsibility
Sponsorship Required: Guests must be accompanied by a sponsoring member or be registered through the club reservation system.
Follow Club Rules: Guests agree to follow all club rules and policies while on the premises.
Member Accountability: The sponsoring member assumes responsibility for the conduct of their guest.
Photo & Media Release
Guests acknowledge that photos or video recordings may be taken within the facility.
Guests grant permission for Seattle Pickleball Club to use such images for promotional purposes unless written notice is provided.
