Seattle Pickleball Club – Private Club Rules & Etiquette
Welcome to Seattle Pickleball Club, a respectful, member-only facility dedicated to fostering community, sportsmanship, and the pure enjoyment of the game. Our club is built on mutual respect, fair play, and a shared passion for pickleball. Please review and follow these guidelines to ensure a positive experience for all members.

Facility Hours
Members may access the facility daily between the hours listed below. Please ensure you have exited the facility by closing time.
Open daily: 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Last entry: Members must exit by 11:00 PM
Access & Security
Do not share your door code or access credentials with anyone.
Do not allow non-members to enter unless they are registered guests.
Ensure the door closes securely when entering or leaving.
Report suspicious activity or facility issues to club management.
Important. Violation of access policies may result in membership suspension.
Court Reservations
Courts must be reserved using the club reservation system.
Reservation limits may apply depending on membership type.
Cancel reservations at least 8 hours in advance if you cannot play.
Repeated no-shows may result in reservation restrictions.
Members should arrive on time and vacate courts promptly when their reservation ends.
Guest Policy
Members may bring guests according to club policy. Before play, members must:
Register guests in the reservation system
Pay any applicable guest fees
Ensure guests complete the guest waiver
Members are responsible for the conduct and safety of their guests.
Open Play Etiquette
Be welcoming to players of all skill levels.
Rotate players fairly during open play sessions.
Limit warm-up time when others are waiting.
Respect court rotation systems when in place.
Sportsmanship
All members are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship. The following behaviors are not acceptable:
Harassment or abusive language
Aggressive play or intentional interference
Intimidation of other players
These behaviors may result in immediate suspension of membership.
Safety
Members should play responsibly and stay aware of surrounding courts. Please avoid:
Entering active courts without warning
Chasing balls across other courts during play
Reckless swinging of paddles
Safety is everyone's responsibility.
Court Care
Help maintain the quality of the courts and facility:
Use non-marking court shoes only.
Pick up balls, towels, and personal items.
Dispose of trash properly.
Report maintenance issues to management.
Lessons & Events
Members may not organize private lessons, leagues, or tournaments without approval from Seattle Pickleball Club.
Only authorized instructors may conduct paid lessons within the facility.
Alcohol & Substances
Members must comply with all Washington state laws regarding alcohol.
Excessive intoxication is not permitted.
Unsafe play while under the influence is prohibited.
SPC reserves the right to remove any individual who appears impaired.
Video Security
For safety and security purposes, video surveillance may be present in common areas of the facility.
